Gone Fishing AI Book a call

Rigged, not just cast. Anyone can cast an AI at a problem. We rig the whole line: your phone, inbox, calendar, jobs and books tied to one AI that moves the work between them, and we stay on it so it keeps running after we've left.

Book a call How it works

Phone Inbox AI Calendar Jobs Xero SMS

The work isn't in your tools. It's between them.

Every small business already runs on six or seven apps, and they don't talk. So somebody reads the email and types it into the job. Somebody hears the call and writes it in the calendar. Somebody closes the job and remembers, eventually, to raise the invoice. That somebody is usually the owner, and it's usually after dinner.

An automation agency's job is that gap. We put an AI in the middle of your tools, teach it how you work, and let it move the work along: reading, hearing, deciding, booking, raising, sending. The tools stay. The retyping goes. When it hits something it hasn't seen, it asks you, once, and learns.

Rigs we build most.

  • Call to calendar

Phone rings, AI answers, job's booked, customer's texted, you're told. The receptionist.

  • Job to bank

Job closed in your software, invoice raised in Xero, link sent, chased if it's late, reconciled when it lands. The invoicing.

  • Inbox to action

Every email read and sorted. Quotes accepted become jobs. Supplier delays move the calendar. Questions get answered in your words.

  • Lead to follow-up

Enquiry from the website or a form, replied to in minutes, qualified, booked or nurtured. Nothing sits for three days.

  • Roster and stock

Someone's sick, the shift's covered. Something's low, it's reordered. A delivery slips, the job moves.

  • The weekly read

Friday afternoon, one page: what came in, what went out, who's overdue, what needs you. Read it on the boat.

How an engagement runs.

One call to walk the rig you've got: which tools, which handoffs, where the hours go. We come back with the first automation to build, what it will save and a fixed monthly price. If you say yes, it's live inside two weeks, drafting for your approval in the first, running on its own in the second.

Then we keep it running and add the next one when you're ready. If you'd rather start with the bigger picture, where AI fits across the business before anything's built, that's the consulting side, and it's the same people. Most small businesses start with the phone.

Questions people ask.

What does an AI automation agency do?

We wire the tools a business already uses (phone, inbox, calendar, job software, accounting) to an AI that runs the work between them. A call becomes a booking becomes a job becomes an invoice becomes money in the bank, without a person copying anything from one screen to another.

How is that different from Zapier or Make?

Those move data along fixed rules and break the moment something doesn't fit the rule. We put an AI in the middle that reads the email, hears the call, understands what was meant, and does the sensible thing. When it isn't sure, it asks you instead of failing quietly at 2am.

Do you build it and leave, or run it?

Run it. The rig is ours to keep working. When your job software updates its API or a supplier changes their invoice format, we fix it before you notice. That's part of the fixed monthly price, not a support ticket.

Which tools can you connect?

Anything with an API, which is nearly everything now: Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, Xero, MYOB, QuickBooks, HubSpot, Pipedrive, ServiceM8, Tradify, Simpro, Cliniko, Shopify, Square, Slack, most phone systems. And your actual phone number.

Do you work with businesses in Melbourne and Sydney?

We're in Melbourne and work with businesses across Australia. Almost everything happens on a call and inside your tools, so where you are matters less than whether you have a phone that rings and invoices to send.

What does it cost?

A fixed monthly price for the rig, agreed after one call, no hourly billing. It covers the build, the connections and keeping it running. Most businesses start with one automation and add the next when the first has paid for itself.
