Three hours west. Perth businesses, same map, same rig. One call finds where the hours go, a fixed price takes the first one off your plate, and the phone is being answered in an Australian voice inside a fortnight. The time difference works in your favour.
Three hours behind is three hours ahead.
Every Perth business has been told the east coast is a problem. For this it's the opposite. The overnight jobs, the invoices, the chasing, the sorting, all of it has already run by the time you unlock the door, because our morning is your night. You start the day with the week already tidied rather than with a queue.
And the phone does not care what time zone anyone is in. It answers at six, at midnight, on a Sunday, in an Australian voice that knows your suburbs and your hours. The consulting is the map. The agency is the rig. Both of them are us, and both of them are awake before you are.
What Perth businesses start with.
The phone
Trades and clinics first. Every call answered, booked, confirmed by text, while you're on the tools. The receptionist.
The money
Invoices out the day the job's done, chased when they're late, reconciled in Xero. The invoicing.
The ute
Everything a tradie's office does, without the office. AI for tradies.
The build
When an automation genuinely won't do it, we build software. Only after we've checked it's needed. Custom software.
The roster
Someone calls in sick at 6am, the shift's covered by 6:15 and you find out at 7.
The week
One page on Friday: what came in, what went out, who's overdue, what needs you. The whole picture.
How to start.
Book the call. Forty minutes, in your morning so it costs you nothing. We walk through how a job moves from the first ring to money in the bank, and mark every place a person is retyping, chasing or waiting. Inside a week you have the map, priced, on one page.
Say yes to the first thing on it and it's running inside a fortnight. Then we keep it running and add the next thing when you're ready. If you're over east instead, there is a Melbourne page and a Sydney one.
Questions people ask.
Are you based in Perth?
Melbourne, and the three hours turn out to be the useful part. Your phone is being answered from six in the morning your time, because that's mid-morning for us, and the overnight work has already run before you open. Everything else happens on a call and inside the tools you already have.
Does the time difference cause problems?
Not the way people expect. We take calls in your morning, which is our afternoon, so nobody's up early. The things we build don't keep our hours at all; they answer at two in the morning if that's when the phone rings.
Do you build apps and software, or only automations?
Both, and the honest answer is that most Perth businesses who ask for an app don't need one. Usually the job's a phone that gets answered and a system that stops the retyping. If you genuinely need something built, we build it. See the software page, and ask for the cheaper answer first.
What does an AI consultant in Perth charge?
A fixed price for the map and a fixed monthly price for anything we build, agreed before we start. No hourly billing, and the map comes off the first month if you go ahead.
Which Perth businesses is this for?
Ones with a phone that rings and invoices to send. Trades from Joondalup to Rockingham, clinics, cafes, studios, agencies, cleaners, small manufacturers. One to fifty people, and an owner doing the admin at night.
How fast can something be running?
The map inside a week of the first call. The first build, usually the phone, live inside a fortnight after that: drafting for your approval in week one, running on its own in week two.

Melbourne. Ran the systems behind a services business, the phones, the invoices, the marketing, the reporting, and spent the last few years handing them to AI that works. This is that, for yours.
