Gone Fishing AI Book a call

Warm water. Brisbane businesses, same map, same rig. One call finds where the hours go, a fixed price takes the first one off your plate, and the phone's being answered in an Australian voice inside a fortnight. No hourly billing, and nothing you have to run yourself.

The busy season doesn't wait for you to get to the phone.

Brisbane work comes in waves. A storm goes through and the roofers and the air con blokes get a fortnight of calls in an afternoon, most of them going to voicemail, most of those going to whoever picked up first. That's not a staffing problem you can hire your way out of for two weeks a year.

So the phone gets answered every time, at any hour, booked straight into the calendar and confirmed by text before the caller's tried the next name on the list. The consulting is the map of where your hours go. The agency is the rig that takes them back. Both of them are us.

What Brisbane businesses start with.

  • The phone

Trades and clinics first. Every call answered, booked, confirmed by text, even when twenty come at once. The receptionist.

  • The money

Invoices out the day the job's done, chased when they're late, reconciled in Xero. The invoicing.

  • The ute

Everything a tradie's office does, without the office. AI for tradies.

  • The build

When an automation genuinely won't do it, we build software. Only after we've checked it's needed. Custom software.

  • The roster

Someone calls in sick at 6am, the shift's covered by 6:15 and you find out at 7.

  • The week

One page on Friday: what came in, what went out, who's overdue, what needs you. The whole picture.

How to start.

Book the call. Forty minutes on the phone. We walk through how a job moves from the first ring to money in the bank, and mark every place a person is retyping, chasing or waiting. Inside a week you have the map, priced, on one page.

Say yes to the first thing on it and it's running inside a fortnight. Then we keep it running and add the next thing when you're ready. If you're further south, there's a Sydney page and a Melbourne one.

Questions people ask.

Are you based in Brisbane?

Melbourne, and for this it makes no difference. The receptionist answers on your number in an Australian voice, the invoices go out of your Xero, and the map gets built from a call. What matters is that someone builds it and stays to keep it running, and we do both.

Does daylight saving cause problems?

No, and it's worth saying out loud because everyone asks. From October to April we're an hour ahead of you, which means your morning calls land in our late morning. Nothing we build runs on our clock anyway; it runs on yours, and it doesn't stop for a public holiday either.

Do you build apps and software, or only automations?

Both, though most people who ask for an app turn out not to need one. Usually the job's a phone that gets answered and a system that stops the retyping, and that's a fraction of the cost. If you genuinely need something built we'll build it, but you'll get the cheaper answer first.

What does an AI consultant in Brisbane charge?

A fixed price for the map and a fixed monthly price for anything we build, agreed before we start. No hourly billing, and the map comes off the first month if you go ahead.

Which Brisbane businesses is this for?

Ones with a phone that rings and invoices to send. Trades from Ipswich to Logan, clinics, cafes, studios, agencies, cleaners, air con and roofing crews. One to fifty people, and an owner doing the admin at night.

How fast can something be running?

The map inside a week of the first call. The first build, usually the phone, live inside a fortnight after that: drafting for your approval in week one, running on its own in week two.
